Delete Your Account

You can remove your account and everything stored with it at any time. No need to ask permission, and no need to explain why.

Fastest way — in the game. Open the game → the 👤 account button → Delete account. You'll be asked for your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can't get into the app

Perhaps you've uninstalled it, or can't sign in. Email us and we'll delete the account for you:

Send it from the email address the account is registered to, so we can confirm it's yours. If you can't, tell us the address and your display name and we'll verify another way.

What gets deleted

Everything below is removed permanently and cannot be recovered:

We never stored a password we could read — sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication and passwords are hashed by Google, so there is nothing of that kind for us to hold.

What is kept, and why

Data	Why it stays
Anonymous counters — total games played, total players, and similar running totals	These are plain numbers with nothing attached to them. They contain no personal data and cannot be traced to you, so there is nothing personal to remove.
Groups you created, if other players are still in them	The group itself survives so the remaining players keep their leaderboard. Your name, your results and your membership are removed from it.

We keep no backups containing personal data beyond our provider's own routine retention.

How long it takes

In the app: immediate. Your data is gone when the confirmation appears.
By email: normally within 2 working days, and always within 30 days, as required under UK GDPR.

We will email you to confirm once it is done.

This cannot be undone. There is no restore. If you sign up again later you start fresh — the same email address is fine to reuse.

Playing without an account

You don't need an account to play. Deleting yours doesn't stop you playing — the game works anonymously, and your statistics simply live on your own device instead.
